One-off “Break/Fix” Services
We offer full service “on demand” break/fix tech support via four different service delivery methods:
- Remote Support – If you have a working Internet connection, we can access your computer or most other devices remotely from our shop to resolve your problem or issue. Just contact us to arrange a remote support call and we will efficiently and affordably resolve your issue while respecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your data. And if we can’t fix your problem remotely then you don’t pay anything!
- In-Shop Service – By dropping your equipment off at our North Raleigh repair shop we can use our entire “toolbox” of tech equipment to quickly resolve your tech problem(s). Just contact us to arrange a drop-off time. Most in-shop repairs are completed within 1-3 days (unless parts need to be ordered).
- Pick-Up/Delivery Service – With this service we will come to your location and pick up your equipment, take it to our repair shop for service, then return it to you (usually within 1-3 days, unless parts need to be ordered). Just contact us to arrange a pick-up time.
- On-Site Service (We Come to You) – Our Wizards can also come to your location to provide outstanding tech support services. Appointments are usually available same day or next day (depending on when you call) and we will work around your schedule to arrange a convenient time for your service call.
With our fast and affordable break-fix repair services, you can have your computer repairs, Internet connectivity troubleshooting, email or printer fixes, computer clean-up/tune-ups, and/or upgrades done quickly and efficiently either remotely, at our repair shop, or at your location.
